Chance

Selected by the FACES Foundation to surgically correct his significant deformity. Chance had a significant midface deformity and significant malocclusion. He wanted to be able to have a normal bite and profile. He was surgically treated by Dr. Praetzel and Dr, Baldwin with the FACES Foundation.  Chance  completed all his volunteer time prior to her surgery  by organizing many friends and family members to participate.  Chance's results are life changing.
