Sydney

Selected by the FACES Foundation to surgically correct his significant deformity. Sydney had a significant midface deformity and significant malocclusion. When she returned to school after her surgery, everyone thought she was a new student.  Sydney's  face deformity became a very self conscious daily focus. She talked about being asked not to smile for school photos by the photographer. Sydney's hope was to be able to take a photo without being criticized. She was surgically treated by Dr. Praetzel  with the FACES Foundation. Sydney  completed all her volunteer time prior to her surgery  by organizing many friends and family members to participate. Sydney's results are life changing. She is changed her career field after her positive experiences during the pay it forward Faces Foundation program.
