Selected by the FACES Foundation to surgically correct his significant deformity. Kristen had a significant midface deformity and significant malocclusion with lower jaw asymmetry. She Kristen found the Faces Foundation through a former patient. She was surgically treated by Dr. Praetzel and Dr, Baldwin with the FACES Foundation.  Kristen  completed all her volunteer time prior to her surgery  by organizing many friends and family members to participate. She created an online social media day to day following prior to, during and after her surgery.  Kristen's results are life changing. She is pursuing a career in public speaking.
