We encourage all patients with facial deformities that require surgical corrections to apply. All applications are reviewed by the FACES Foundation board members. Patients are selected based on surgical need, financial need, and current FACES Foundation funding.  Once selected as a FACES patient, you will be required to complete volunteer hours at our partnership non-profit organizations as a pay-it-forward program. Cumulative hours can be accomplished with group participation. We continue with our focus to "Help those who help their community."
