Selected by the FACES Foundation to surgically correct his significant deformity.  Joe had a large Keloid scar formation on his left ear. This was a very devastating self conscious situation for Joe. He was surgically treated by Dr. Praetzel with the FACES Foundation. Joe required close follow up and continued post surgical treatments to prevent reformation of his deformity. 

Joe now has advanced in his leadership rolls through his employment. He contributes his success to his renewed self confidence.
